Choose something meaningful to commit to for 90 days.
Share your process publicly in whatever way feels aligned for you.
Use #90DaysInMotion to connect with others moving through their own journey alongside you.
The point is staying in motion.
There's no "right" or "wrong" way to do this
90 Days In Motion is a flexible movement centered around:
commitment
consistency
self-trust
visible action
returning to yourself
staying in motion even when things feel messy, uncertain, or imperfect
This is about choosing something meaningful and continuing to come back to it over time.
It's not about perfection, productivity culture or about performing.
Your 90 days could be about:
becoming more visible online
creating consistently
building a business
launching a project
starting a creative practice
improving your health
reconnecting with yourself
learning a new skill
healing your relationship with consistency
showing up for your life differently
What's important is that you make a commitment to what you choose and stay in motion with it.
Step 1
Choose your focus.
Pick something meaningful that you want to commit to moving with for 90 days.
Step 2
Share your process publicly.
You could post about it on:
TikTok
YouTube
Threads
Substack
a blog
or anywhere else you want
This movement is not platform specific.
Step 3
Use the hashtag: #90DaysInMotion
The hashtag is what connects the movement.
Step 4
Support others in motion.
After posting, spend a little time checking the hashtag and gently encouraging others who are showing up for themselves too.
One of the most powerful parts of the challenge is witnessing other people commit to what matters to them. Shared momentum for the win!
Step 5
Keep returning.
You don't need to do this perfectly.
Missing days does not mean you failed.
The practice is coming back.
Hi, I'm Vanessa.
For a long time, I thought consistency meant pushing myself, and honestly, I got pretty good at doing that. As someone with defined willpower in Human Design, I know how to commit, stay disciplined, follow through, and make things happen when I decide something matters. There are areas of my life where I’ve been deeply consistent for years, especially around movement, health, emotional growth, and taking care of myself.
Over time, though, I started realizing there’s a huge difference between forced consistency and empowered consistency.
Forced consistency feels just like it sounds..... forced. It's disconnected, like I’m overriding myself just to maintain something. I can just go through the motions but I'm not really present and I'm just checking another thing off my todo list.
Empowered consistency feels completely different. It feels more alive, joyful, sustainable, and rooted in self-trust instead of pressure or proving. It comes from caring deeply about something, feeling genuinely connected to it, and continuing to return to it because it matters to me, even on days that it's difficult, whem I'm scared or when I don't feel like it.
That’s the relationship I want now when it comes to showing up consistently and the place this became most obvious to me was around visibility.
As someone deeply immersed in Human Design and self-awareness work, I also started noticing that I had created really good explanations for why visibility felt difficult for me. I told myself things like I work best in flow because most of my variables are right-facing, or that my 5/1 profile makes visibility complicated, or that I shouldn’t force consistency and should only create when I fully respond and feel excited and enthusiastic.
And while there is some truth in some of it, I also had to acknowledge that sometimes I was using my understanding of myself to stay inside my comfort zone instead of allowing myself to fully experience the vulnerability that comes with being seen.
So this project isn’t about becoming a perfectly consistent content creator or forcing myself into some rigid structure that doesn’t actually fit me.
It’s about building a healthier relationship with consistency, creativity, self-expression, and commitment. Visibility is that way I'm practicing that right now.
For me, that means showing up before I feel fully ready, sharing the process as I’m living it, and allowing myself to be seen while I’m still figuring things out.
I’ll be sharing the highs, the resistance, the awkwardness, the momentum, the emotional waves, the business-building process, the Human Design insights, the storytelling, and the very human experience of learning how to stay in motion without forcing myself into who I think I’m supposed to be.
And while visibility is my focus for these 90 days, yours might look completely different.
Maybe your version is finally creating something meaningful, building healthier habits, reconnecting with yourself, making art, growing a business, launching a project, or rebuilding trust with yourself through small consistent actions that genuinely matter to you.
Because consistency, at least the way I’m learning to experience it, is really a relationship that you return to again and again. You don't need to do it perfectly, you can't fail, you just keep coming back.
That’s what 90 Days In Motion is about for me.
Movement, commitment, self-trust, visible action, and continuing to come back to what matters.
